5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Quick Buyz is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes incurred on international shipments. These are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven’t received the package, please check with neighbors or your local post office first.
If your package is lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, please contact us. We’ll do our best to assist, but we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered.
7. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately.
Orders with incorrect addresses that are returned to us may incur a reshipping fee.
